The expression of VEGF and PCNA in rectal cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the detection of VEGF and PCNA in colorectal cancer to the significance of genesis,development and prognosis. Methods By means of immunohistochemistry technique(S-P),to detect the expression of VEGF and PCNA in colorectal tissues, and combinated with histologic type and lymph node metastasis.
