Significance of C-myc Oncogene in the Colonic Exfoliative Cells in Colonic Carcinoma Dignosis

Objective To investigate the significance of C myc oncogene in the colonic exfoliative cells in colonic carcinoma. Methods C myc oncogene was detected by DNA dot blot.39 cases with colonic carcinoma were diagnosed by pathology.20 cases controls without organic disease were excluded by colonic endoscopy.
