A Study on the Expression of p53 in Gestational Trophoblastic Tumor

Objective To investigate the features of p53 in gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT). Methods The p53 was detected Immuno-histochemically in paraffin-embedded tissue of 10 cases of normal placenta(NP), 10 cases of complete hydatidiform mole (CM), 20 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole (IM) and 19 cases of choriocarcinoma(CCA).
