Growth Inhibition of Newcastle Disease Virus( NDV) on Vein

  • Objective To study the effect of new castle disease viru (NDV) on growth inhibition of vein in vivo and vitro. Methods Studying the effect of NDV on transfer of cancer cells and growth of capillary vessel with lung cancer transfer model of mouse ;NDV were incubated with human umbilical vein endothelial cells ECV304 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Anti-proliferation effects were measured by MTT assay, and apoptosis was determined by PI and Hoechst 33342 staining. Results NDV could inhibit the growth of capillary vessel in vivo, could also inhibit the growth of ECV304 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. The apoptosis of ECV304 cells could be induced by NDV indistinctively. Conclusion It was indicated by vivo and vit ro experiment that NDV could inhibit the growth of capillary vessel, and this function be fulfilled though inhibiting the growth of ECV304 but kill the cells directly. What's more, this function may be induced by some proteins in NDV possibly.
