Effect and Mechanism of Octreotide on the Viability of Gastric Cancer Cell Line SGC7901 Cells

  • Objective To study the effect of octreotide on cell viability, protein kinase B and telomerase activity in human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901. Methods After incubation for 0,12,24,48 hours in different concentration of octreotide, MTT assay was used to determine the cell viability.
