Expression of ERK1/2 and cyclin D1 in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Protein and Their Significance

Objective To investigate the expression of ERK1/2 and cyclinD1 and their significance in epithelial ovarian tumor. Methods Expression of ERK1/2 and cyclinD1 were examined by immunohistochemical technique in the epithelial ovarian cancer of 49 patients, benign epithelial ovarian tumor of 26 patients and normal ovarian tissue of 10 patients.
