Clinical Signif icance for cryo-ablation Treating Advanced Pulmonary Neoplasm

  • Objective To probe into significance of cryo2care system (CCS) for advanced pulmonary neoplasms. Methods There were 33 patient s with lung cancer, 7 with pulmonary metastasis tumor in the 40 patient s ; total 43 lesions were t reated by CCS. There were stage Ⅰ 3 cases, stage Ⅱ 2, stage Ⅲa 5, stage Ⅲb 11, stage Ⅳ12 in the patient s with lung cancer. If the patients complicated malignant hydrothorax, the stimulant was injected into thorax for pleurodesis. and assisted chemotherapy ; int racranial metastatic tumors by radiotherapy. The curative effect s estimated by chest CT scan, X-ray chest film and Karnof sky score. Results There were 31 patient s survival ; died 9 in 40 cases. 36 lesions in 31 patients treated by CCS shrank 15 %~90 % respectively. Malignant pleural effusion in the most of those patients disappeared or stopped increase and only a little . The patient s had good appetite, got force and weight . Chest distress, chest pain, cough, breathlessness symptoms were alleviation or disappearance . Media survival 6M. Karnof sky score raised f rom 10 to 30. Conclusion CCS in the comprehensive therapy pulmonary neoplasm was possessed of a special, important valuable for the cont rolling local malignances, improving general condition.
