Immuno-histochemical analysis on expression of HSPgp96 in renal cell carcinoma

Objective To study relationship of HSPgp96 expression and clinic stage,histological grade,type in human renal cell carcinoma. Methods Immuno-histochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of HSPgp96 in 54 cases renal cell carcinoma. Results HSPgp96 was over-expression in renal cell carcinoma,and the positive rate was 88.9% .
