The Relative Study between Expression of MMP-9 、VEGF and MVD in Human Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective 　To study the correlation between the expression of MMP-9 、VEGF in human colorectal carcinoma and biological behavior, To evaluate the relationship between MMP-9 and VEGF. Methods 　The expression of MMP-9 、VEGF、F- Ⅷand collagen Ⅳin 44 cases carcinoma and 5 cases normal colorectal tissue were investigated by immunohistochemical SP method. Results 　The expression levels of MMP-9 、VEGF and MVD was significantly associated with tissue type 、Dukes stage and lymph nodes metastasis ; The mean MVD in group with MMP-9 、VEGF positive was significantly higher than that negative ;expression of MMP-9 was not correlated with VEGF in colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion 　The expression of MMP-9 、VEGF and MVD significantly correlated with biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma, may become target of prognostic marker in human colorectal carcinoma.
