Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase -2(COX-2) in breast invasive carcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 was detected with SP immunohistochemical analysis in 83 cases of breast invasive carcinoma (including 62 cases with surrounding invasion,47 cases with lymph node metastasis) and 35 non-cancerous specimens.
