Effect of WISK solution on radioreaction of skin

Objective To observe the clinical effect of WISK solution on radioreaction of skin. Methods The gauze immersed in WISK solution was used for coverage of skin wounds.The times in which local pain disappeared and skin wounds healed were recored.Gentamycin was used as control. Results The time in which skin wounds healed was 5-20 days(mean9.1days)in Group WISK solution and 9-31days(mean 20.2 days)in control (P＜0.001). Conclusion WISK solution is safe and effective on treatment of radioreaction of skin.
