Clinical Analysis of 7 Cases of Nasopharynxgeal Chordoma

Objective To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment of nasopharynxgeal chordoma Methods The clinical chaiacteristics,misdiagnosis,treatment and long term result of the 7cases of chordoma are retrospectively studied. Results (1)Six out of seven cases are misdiagnosed as nasopharynxgeal carcinoma by CT and clinical doctors.(2) In the entire group,5 year survival rate was 71%(5/7),5 year disease free survival rate was 57%(4/7).
