Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of coixenolide (CXL) on the laboratory produced human nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Nude mice bearing human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE 2Z were used in observing CXL efficacy . MTT and CUF GM culture assays were adopted to investigate the influence of the drug on immune and hemopoiesis .
