Oxaliplatin Plus Vinorelbine in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective The objective of this article is to evaluate the response,toxicity and survival time of NO regimen\Oxaliplation (LOHP) plus vinorelbine(NVB)\ in the treatment of advanced NSCLC. Methods A total of 77 cases with advanced NSCLC were included in study.All patients were received NVB \25mg/m 2 d_ 1 and d_ 8\ and LOHP \ every 3~4 weeks.The whole course of treatment consisted at least 2 cycles.
