Objective To explore the prognostic importance of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods The expression of HIF-1α was detected by immunohistochemical staining (SP)in fifty patients with ESCC received radiatherapy.
