Influence of Combined Cyclosporine A with ADM on Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the influence of combined cyclosporine A with adriamycin on hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods HepG-2 cells were cultured,they were divided into 4 grops namely, control、CsA、ADM、CsA+ADM group, acted on respectively for 24 to 48 hours.
