Expression of Fas/APO -1 in human esophageal cancerous cells transducted with Fas/APO-1 gene

Objective To compare the expressing level of Fas/APO -1 gene in gene transfected and not transfected esophageal cancer cells through transducting Fas/APO -1 gene into esophageal cancer cells. Methods The reconstructed plasmid expressing Fas/APO -1 gene with lipofectamine was transducted into esophageal cancer cell line Eca-109.
