Expression of Serum IL-12,IFN-γ,VEGF Level in Acute Leukemia and Its Significance

Objective To evaluate the change of serum IL-12,IFN-γ,VEGF in acute leukemia and its significance. Methods Serum levels of serum IL-12,IFN-γ,VEGF were detected before and after being treated in cases of acute leukemia utilizing ELISA method, and compared with normal control group.
