Surgical Treatment of Cholangiocarcinoma with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the management of surgical treatment on Cholangiocarcinoma with Diabetes Mellitus. Methods From 1993 to 2002, 41cases of Cholangiocarcinoma with Diabetes Mellitus underwent operation in our hospital, Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The blood glucose level of 41 cases was controlled to a reasonable level. All the patients underwent operations.
