Construction and Preliminary Identification of Single-chain Fv Antibody against Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To construct the phage display library of anti-human hepatocellular carcinoma ScFv. Methods The ScFv gene library was constructed by phage display technology. Binding activity of recombinant scFv was detected by ELISA after panning. Results Eight antigen binding clones were identified from 30 individual phagemid clones.
