The Effect of Proliferation and Apoptosis of Human Non-small Cell Lung Cancer A549 by Gemcitabine in Vitro

Objective To observe the effect of proliferation and apoptosis of human non-small cell lung cancer treated by Gemcitabine. Methods The apoptosis of A549 induced by Gemcitabine were detected by Annexin V-PI double-labeling, flow cytometry, TUNEL approach.
