The Application of Mammotome System in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Tumor

Objective 　To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasound-guided Mammotome system to the treatment of patients with breast disease. Methods 　The minimally invasive operation to 104 patients was performed by ultrasound-guided Mammotome system and the therapeutic efficiency of Mammotome system was evaluated . Results 　All patients were diagnosed, the begin breast disease were also t reated by this method . Except one case of small hematoma af ter operation. All the operation was successfully performed without serious complication . Conclusion 　Mammotome system is a minimally invasive, safety operation system . It has a lot of advantage than t radition operation and core2biop sy. It has a bride application clinical, specially to breast mutifibroadenoma of young woman.
