Objective To investigate induction of apoptosis on human small cell lung cancer H446 cells by tetramethylpyrazine(TMP). Methods MTT assay, Acridine orange (AO)/ethidium bromide (EB) fluorescent staining, Flow cytometry and transmission electron microscopy were used to investigate the influence on H446 cells growth, observe apoptosis, analyze cell cycle and ultrastructure changes after treated by TMP in Vitro.
