平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面血管瘤

摘要: 血管瘤的治疗方法较多，但一些发生在特殊部位血管瘤在治疗上仍存在一定困难。作者采用平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤58例，有效率100%，特效84.5%（痊愈）。并对血管瘤的发生、病理、分类及平阳霉素作用机制进行了分析。Abstract: Althrough many methods of heatment hemangioma, there were a few difficulties to manage hemangioma of some special sizes. Authors report a series of 58 patients with oral and maxillofaciel hemangioma by PYM intra-tumor injection. The result showed that total response rate and cure rate were 100% and 84. 5%, respectively.The histogenesis, clincopathologic feature and classification of this disease and treatmet mechanism of PYM were discussed.
