  • 摘要: 本文探讨瘤体内注射DNCB溶液对小鼠移植性肿瘤的治疗效果及其作用机理?结果表明,瘤体内注射DNCB溶液对昆明种小鼠的艾氏实体瘤有明显疗效,可有效抑制肿瘤生长,使肿瘤体积缩小直至完全消退,小鼠寿命显著延长,同时可使小鼠获得抵抗肿瘤再次接种的全身免疫力?病理组织学研究结果表明,瘤体内注射CNCB溶液既可直接引起瘤体组织坏死,又能在瘤体局部产生具有细胞免疫反应特点的淋巴细胞浸润,说明该疗法既有非免疫机制作用也有免疫机制参与?

     

    Abstract: We studied the therapeutic effects of intratumor injection of DNCB solution in mouse transplanted Ehrlich tumor and investigated the mechanisms of antitumor activity. The results showed that multiple intratumor injection of DNCB solution could destroy established subcutaneous Ehrlich solid tumor in Kunming mice. Mice in treated group survived much longer than those in control groups by rejecting thd tumor mass and obtained the specific immunity by resisting the rechallenge of the same tumor cells.Pathological studies demonstrated that, with presensitization to DNCB,a single intratumor injection of DNCB solution produced massive tumor tissue necrosis directly, followed by lymphocyes infiltrating at the tumor site, espcially at the edge of tumor mass, which suggests that immunological mechanisms as well as non-immunological mechanisms are responsible for the antitumor activity.
