Lennert's淋巴瘤的临床病理特点

摘要: Lennert's淋巴瘤是一种少见的疾病。在我院经病理证实的496例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤中,仅占4例(0.06%)。经免疫组织化学证实,Lennert's淋巴瘤为T细胞源性的淋巴瘤。其病理特点是在弥漫性增生的淋巴细胞中,有成灶状增生的上皮样组织细胞。我们认为这些组织细胞为反应性增生的细胞,而增生的异形淋巴细胞才是唯一的肿瘤性细胞。
