抗瘤药与胸腺素对小鼠脾细胞自然杀伤活性的影响

EFFCTS OF PINGYANGMYCINUM, ADRIAMYCIN AND THYMOSIN ON THE ACTIVITY OF MOUSE NATURAL CYTOTOXICITY

  • 摘要: 本文用3H—TdR释放法检测了平阳霉素、阿霉素及胸腺素对BALB/C小鼠脾细胞杀伤YAC—1瘤细胞活性影响。结果显示一定量的平阳霉素除了能直接杀伤瘤细胞外,也能增强脾细胞NK样杀伤活性;并证明阿霉素有相同的作用;当平阳霉素、阿霉素分别与胸腺素合用后,这种增强作用更为明显。

     

    Abstract: The induction of routine non-speciflc killer cells in vitro by Thymosin, Pingyangmycin(PYM)and Adriamycin (ADM) has been examined and the eff- ects of combination of Thymosin wiih ADM or with PYM were also observed. BALB/c mouse spleen ceils cultuged with Thymosin showed significant cytotoxicity against YAC-1 tumourr cells in aSH PdR releage assay. Treatment of murne splenocyteg with PYM or ADM ahowedenhancement of killer activity respectively. In an additive effecie were detected in the spleen cells cultured with Thymosin and PYM, or with Thymosin and ADM. The results indieate that Thymosin can regttlate nonspeeifie killers activity and might have better antitttmor effect when it eombined with PYM or with ADM.
