Abstract: 24 Patients with midline malignant reticulosis are presented,There were 1B males and 8 females, the duration was 2 months to E years, extra-midline part was in volved in‘cases, 2 patients died of this disease with system malignant reticulosis, The most characteristic micrscop:c feature was the infiltration of atypical reticu- locyte accompained by various inflammatory cells and necrosis, The authors conside- red that midline malignant retculosis might be a special type of generaal malignant reticulosis, it is different from Wegere's granulona and malignant lymphoma
