胰腺癌中TGFβⅠ和TGFβⅡ受体的研究

Research of TGFβI and TGFβI II Receptors in Pancreatic Cancer

摘要: 目的:通过对TGFβⅠ和TGFβⅡ受体的基因表达分析,了解两种受体的基因表达与胰腺癌的相关性。方法:对12例正常胰腺组织和35例胰腺癌标本进行ABC免疫组织化学染色分析,P<0.05有意义。结果:TGFβⅠ和TGFβⅡ受体的阳性率分别为68.6%(24/35)和60%(21/35)两者均阳性为51.4%(18/35);并发现两种受体的基因表达与胰腺癌的分期有关(P<0.01),而TGFβⅡ受体与胰腺癌的分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论:提示两种受体的表达与胰腺癌的发生有关,且对此癌的诊断有意义。

Abstract: Purpose By analysis of TGFβ I and TGFβ II receptors, the relationship of two receptors was investigated in pancreatic cancer. Methods Twelve nofmal pancreas and 35 patients with pancreatic cancer were collected and analyzed by the ABC immunohistochemistry. Less than P<0.05 was significantly considered. Results The positive rates of TGFβI and TGFβII receptors were 68.6%(24/35)and 60%(21/35) respectively, both 51.4%(18/35 );The expressive correlation betty een TGFβ I and TGFβ II receptor genes, phase in pancreatic cancer was found(P<0.01)，but TGFβ II receptor has relationshiop with differentiation(P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggest tha expression of two receptors has relationship with pancreatic cancer and there is singnificance in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
