高渗溶液加大剂量BCNU治疗非手术肺癌多发脑转移14例

HIGH DOSE BUNU COMBINED WITH HYPERTONIC SOLUTION TREATED LUNG CANCER PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE BRAIN METASTASIS;REPORT OF 14 CASES

摘要: 本文报道了静脉用大剂量20%甘露醇(10me/kg)加大剂量BCNU(卡氮芥)(15mg/kg—45mg/kg)治疗非手术肺癌多发脑转移14例,收得了3例CR、5例PR、近斯缓解率(RR)57%(8/14)、中位生存期8个月的临床效果。

Abstract: Foutcenr lung cancer patientis with mttltiplebrain metastasis were treated by high dose Bcnu (15mg/kg-45mg/kg). Combined with high dose mennitol (20%, 10ml/kg). The renult showed, 3eases obtained complete remission (CR), 5cases partial remission (PR), the current remission ratio (RR) was 57% (8/14), the medium suryiyal time was 8 months.
