摘要: 对于肿瘤标记物(Tumor markers)的研究，无论在肿瘤的基础理论方面，如病因、发生机制、生物学特性、生化改变等，还是临床应用方面，如肿瘤的诊断、治疗、预后等，都有明显的理论和实用价值。近10余年来，由于免疫学方面单克隆抗体研究技术上的突破。
