正常人及某些肿瘤病人血清脂质过氧化物含量的研究

THE SERUM LIPOPEROXIDE LEVEL IN NORMAL HEALTH AND SOME PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANCIES

摘要: 为探讨血清脂质过氧化物含量与肿瘤的关系，本文采用TBA化学比色法时119例30～70岁的健康人和100例胃癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、肺癌和子宫肌瘤患者血清脂质过氧化物含量进行了分析测定。结果表明:(1)血清脂质过氧化物含量随增龄而增加，60～岁组与30～岁和40～岁组比较均有统计学意义(P<：0.01)：50～岁组与30～岁组比较亦有意义(P<：0.05)：(2)各肿瘤病人组与同龄健康人比较有显著性差异(子宫肌瘤组为P<：0.05，其余组均为P<：0.01)。本研究提示，脂质过氧化物含量与肿瘤密切相关。
