摘要

摘要: 应用免疲组织化学ABC法检测了40例人体肝癌和癌周肝组织中HBsAg和CEA。分别观察了HBsAg和CEA在肝细胞肝癌及其癌旁周围组织的定位分布规律，结果显示HBsAg主要存在癌周肝细胞内34/40例(85%)，CEA则主要分布于肝癌癌细胞中。
