Abstract: Using pared the patients the goat anti-DP serum that prepared by ourself, we detected and com relative content level of serum 64-DP in 147 patients wiih malignancies,benign disease and normal individuals The preliminaryhigh，especially result showed the specificity of 64-DP in rocket electrophroesis. malignant disease was,the positive rate of 64 DP in digestive n ;plasrns was higher.
