累及中枢神经系统的多发性原发性恶性肿瘤──附7例报告

PRJMARY MALIGNANT TUMORS INVOLVED THE CENTAL NERVOUS SYSTFM

摘要: 本文报告7例累及中枢神经系统的多发性原发性恶性肿瘤。结合文献对多发性原发性恶性肿瘤的诊断标准、发病率、临床表现、CT特征、发生间隔时间、分类方法、发病机制、鉴别诊断和治疗进行了复习和讨论。

Abstract: Seven cases of multiple primary malignant tumors(MPMT) involving central nervous system are reported. The related literatures are reviewed and the diagnostic criterion, incidence, clinical manifestations, CT finding, distance of time, classifications,mechanisms of growth, differential diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
