肾包膜下移植法预测人脑胶质瘤化疗敏感性的初探

摘要

摘要: 本文报告了人脑恶性胶质瘤在正常免疫小鼠肾包膜下异体移植的生长情况，未经化疗的脑胶质瘤4例37个异体移植物，94.2%呈阳性生长，病理切片观察移植瘤生长旺盛与大体切片形态相同．在此基础上观察了3例脑胶质瘤对3种化疗药物的敏感性，结果表明1例耐药，2例敏感，3种化疗药物的敏感顺序为BCNU>Me—CCNU>CCNU与临床情况基本一致．同时注意到同一肿瘤对不同药物的反应及同一药物对不同肿瘤的效果均不相同．因此认为本实验可为临床化疗提供有益的参考．
