胸大肌肌皮瓣舌及口底重建术

摘要: 自1987年2月至1990年5月对11例舌及口底癌患者术后用胸大肌肌皮瓣行Ⅰ期舌及口底重建术。1、2、3年生存率分别为90.9%(10/11),66.7%(6/9)及66.7%(2/3)。1例死于局部复发,2例死于局部复发并远区转移。讨论了该皮瓣的优缺点。
