原发性椎管内肿瘤误诊为腰椎间盘突出症

摘要: 本文对胸、腰段椎管内肿瘤误诊为腰椎间盘手术11例进行分析，就误诊原因进行讨论，认为各级医师应重视临床医学常规检查，掌握现代影像学诊断椎管内肿瘤的特点，将两者结合才能使诊断更加准确。
