转移因子对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用

Study on transfer factor in killing and inhibiting tumor cells

摘要: 用匀浆透析法制备正常转移因子（N-TF）和S₁₈₀瘤细胞转移因子（S₁₈₀-STF）.并观察其对S₁₈₀细胞的杀伤及抑制作用。结果显示N-TF和S₁₈₀-STF均不能杀伤S₁₈₀细胞，但可抑制S₁₈₀细胞DNA合成，其抑制强度与转移因子剂量成正比，而与特异性无关。S₁₈₀-STF还能明显抑制S₁₈₀细胞移植瘤的生长。

Abstract: Normal transfer factor (N-TF) and S,w specific transfer factor (S₁₈₀-STF) were extracted by means of disruption-dialysis method from lymphoid tissues of rabbits. The killing and inhibito-ry effects of N-TF and S 180-STF on S o cells were obsevered. The results showed that both N -TF and S₁₈₀-STF could inhibit the DNA synthesis of S₁₈₀ cells but could not kill the tumor cells. The percentage of inhibition correlated with the dose of transfer factor S₁₈₀-STF could also markedly inhibit transplant ability of S o cells.
