18例阴道壁肿瘤临床分析

Clinic analysis of 18 Cases with vaginal wall tumor

摘要: 资料系我院1965~1992年,手术治疗、病理诊断,18例阴道壁良性肿瘤.其中阴道平滑肌瘤6例,中肾智囊肿7例,付中肾管囊肿2例、纤维瘤2例、卵巢冠纵管囊肿1例.本组重点叙述了阴道壁平滑肌瘤的来源、误诊原因,诊断要点和治疗.

Abstract: 18 Cages with benign vaginal wall tumor diagno"0d by pathalogy were reported. There were 6Casts with Vaginal leiomyoma，7 Cases with cyst of mesonephrotic duct，2 cases with cyst ofparamesonephrotic duct. 2 cases with fibroma and 1 cases with cyst of parovarian. The source ofvaginal leiomyoma，cause of misdiagnosis main points of diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
