Abstract: Treatment of pleural effusion in advanced lung cancer is extremely difficult. Now, there are some methods for treatment of pleural effusion in advanced lung camcer, But the report on the treatment with both intrathorocic and systemic chemotherapy is a little. This paper reported that the pleural effusion in advanced lung cancer was treated by DDp intracavitaryly and other drugs intravenously. The results showed that the pleural effusion distinctly disappeared and lung tumour reduced.
