194例乳腺肿块患者血清PRL含量测定的分析
The Analysis or Serum Levels of Prolactin in 195 Women with Breast Neoplasias

摘要: 本文测定了194例乳腺肿块患者的血清PRL含量,结果显示良性病变中,纤维腺瘤、双侧或重度增生及瘤样增生患者血清PRL显著高于对照组(P<0.01).乳癌中,ⅡⅢⅣ期患者PRL均显著增高(P<0.01),且各期间PRL含量均随病情进展递增,提示PRL可能具有促进乳腺肿瘤生长的作用.Abstract: Serum prolactin concentrations were mersured in 195 mammary neoplasias, the women with fihoadenoma. hyperplasis (except for one-side light degree hyperplasia) and carcinoma of the breast at the Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ period had significantly higher prolactin levels than control subjects (P0. 01). Prolaelin levels of the patients With breast cancer increased remarkably with developmet of the disease (P0.01). These results suggested prolactin proboly promoted the growth of the breast tumour.
