Chemosensitizing effect of metronidazol amino acidum natricum(CMAa) on anti-tumor drugs

  • 摘要: 用荷Lewis、B16和EMT6肿瘤小鼠观察了甲硝唑氨酸钠对几种化疗药物的增敏作用,结果表明,用卡铂、丝裂霉素治疗肿瘤同时加用该药后可明显抑制肿瘤增长速度,提高肿瘤抑制率和增加肿瘤生长延迟天数.但对足叶乙甙的化学治疗未表现出化疗增敏作用.

     

    Abstract: Abstract In this paper we observed the chemosensitizing effects on CMNa on some anti-tumor drugs with C57 BL/6and BAL/c mice bearing Lewis, B16 and EMT6 tumors. The results show that relative increasing velocity of tumor was obviously decreased, tumor inhibition rate and the days of tumor growth delay were morely increased when the mice were treated with carboplatin and mitomycin c combined with CMNa than that of anti-tumor drugs treatment alone. But no chemosensitizing effect was observed when the mice were treated with Vp16 combined with CMNa. Those results suggest that the anti-tumor action of some alkylating chemotherapeutic agents (carboplatin, mitomycin c) is enhanced when tumorbearing mice are pretreated with nitroimidazole chemosensitizer (CMNa).
