Abstract: patiets of Limbes'rhabdomyosacoma were treated with preoperative arterial Chemotherapyat the area of the tumors and postoperative radiotherapy, Venous Chemotherapy in our hospital.The fiveyear Survival rate was 71%, the rates of metastasis and recurrence were 20%、18 %. TheCurative effect has not differed distinctly between these patients of local resection with cryotherapy and amputation. The operation of preserved limbes is recommended with the Combined therapy.Some Viewes are provided for operative scope、 radiotherapy and chemotherapy in this paper.
