30例原发性肝癌免疫综合治疗的近期疗效

摘要: 我们对30例肝细胞肝癌(HCC)用肿瘤坏死因子肝癌瘤体内注入,γ-干扰素(IFNr)肌肉注射,及低剂量FAM方案综合治疗的近期疗效.其中男25例,女5例,AFP(+)22例,AFP(-)8例.结果CRS例27%,PR12例40%,NC7例23%,PD3例10%,有效率(CR+PR)67%.近期疗效令人满意.值得临床推广.但因例数尚少,有待进一步总结经验.

Abstract: Thirty cases of primary Carcinoma of livevr are treated with combination immunotherapy ofTNF and IFNr with chemotherapy regimen of LD-FAM. TNF is injected into the tumor. IFNr in-to the muscles. of these Cases, 25 Cases are male. 5 female. AFP of 22 Cases is positive(+).the other negative(一). The analysis of the resultsare; CRB, PR12, NC7, PD3, Countins for 27%、40%、23%、1000 respectively. The total remission rate(CR-PR)is 67% Gererally speaking,the recent effectis Satisfying.
