Abstract: From 1965一1991, 19 cases with anastomotic stoma relapse of gastric remnant were admittedin our hospital, which accounts for 2. 1吓of the corresponding period operated gastric cancer pa-tients. one cases, at the secondary operation. were given a radical gastrictomy and are disease freesurvived for 28 month and 58 month respectively, bcases were given abdominal exploration andRonx一y. All died with 6 month. Chemotherapy were given in 9 cases and radiotherapy in two casesand all died with in 1 year. For anastomotic stoma relapse of gastric cancer, early diagnose is veryimportant and at this time the patient has a chance of reoperation and a possibility for cure.
