  • 摘要: 作者应用猪松果体提取物,松乐素A,B,C三种制荆在小鼠肉瘤180(S180),肉瘤37 (S37)和B16黑色素瘤研究了其杭瘤活性。松乐素A, B, C对S180抑制率分d为14^-22% . 17^-52. 5%和19^-21.4%(剂量为0. 05~0. 2ml/天);对SS37抑制率分别为31~34.6% (P>0.05), 4.5~22.9写和22~22. 9%;对黑色素瘤抑制率分别为22.7^-34.700, 31^-4500 (P<0.01)s 28^-31写(P<0. 05) 。因此,本实脸表明,猪松果体提取物松乐素有一定的杭种瘤作用。

     

    Abstract: The antitumor activity of the three pig pineal body extracts, Songlesu A, B and C were tested in mice Sarcoma 180 (S180), Sarcoma 37 (S37) and Melonoma (Me). The tumor inhibition rates of Songlesu A, B and C against S180 was 14- 22%, 17- 52. 5 % and 19- 21. 4% respectively under the doses of 0.05- 0. 2 ml/day ; against S37 31 - 34. 6% (P0. 05), 4. 5- 22. 9 % and 22- 22. 9%respectively and for the Me it was 22. 7- 34. 7 %, 31- 45 % (P0. 01), 28- 31 % (P0. 05) respectively.Therefore, all three preparations had some antitumor activity against S180, S37 and Me.
