Effection of All Trans-retinoic Acid on the NK Cell Activity in liver Precancerous Condition of Rat

  • 摘要: 本文采用乳酸脱氮酶释放法浏定了全反式维甲酸对二乙基亚硝胺诱导的鼠肝癌前状态自然杀伤细胞活性。结果表明二乙基亚琦胺诱癌12周可明显导致大鼠NK细胞活性下降,而全反式维甲酸可预防二乙墓亚峭胺的这种作用。因此,我们认为全反式维甲酸提高机休自然杀伤细胞活性可能为它预防肿瘤发生的机制之一。

     

    Abstract: Nature killer cell activity was detected in the liver precancerous condition of Wistar rat by lactate dehydrogenase (LOH) -release method, Significant decrease of NK activity was found in liver precancerous condition induced by diethylnitrosamine for 12 weeks, which was prevented by all trans-retinoic acid (RA). Therefore, we conclude that RA can enhance NK activity . which may be one of the important mechanisms for its chemoprevention of tumours
