Abstract: The experinces have been summarized that 89 cases with post-operative coloboma of headnecktumor have been stage Ⅰ repaired.Whether design of first time of treatment is reason-able guarantees stage Ⅰof repartive quality'The key of elevating stageⅠof reparative quality is to understandthe reparative methods wholly and to raise the reparative techniques continually.It has been discussed that various skin flaps,such as triangular subdermal pedicle flap, platysmal flap, sternocleidomastoid flap,infrahyoid musctes flap, tongue flap,palate nap, forehead flap,lenioid muscles flap locating in anterior cervical region,greater pectoral muscle flap,forearm free muscle flap and so on,possess advantages and shortages, and are chosen according to its indication.
