涎腺腺样囊性癌的放射治疗──附75例分析

Radiotherapy adenoidcystic carcinoma──an alysis of 75 cases

摘要: 1975年至1987年我院收治腺样囊性癌75例。腮腺12例，颌下腺14例，舌下腺1例和小涎腺48例。综合治疗54例(72%)，单纯放疗16例和单纯手术5例。5年随访率87.9%，3、5和10年生存率分别为77.3%(58/75)，65.5%(38/58)和45.2%(14/31)。单纯放疗、单纯手术和综合治疗5年生存率分别为38.5%(5/13)，50%(2/4)和75.6%(31/41)(P<0.01)，Ⅰ～Ⅳ期5年生存率分别为81.3%(13/16)、70%(14/20)、53.3%(8/15)和42.9%(3/7)(P<0.05)。

Abstract: From 1975 to 1987,75 patients with adenoidcystic carcinoma of salivary glands were treated in our hospital.Among these patients,12 cases located in parotid glands,14 in submaxillary glands,1 in sublingual glands and 48 in minor salivary glands.54(72%)patients were treated by combined theray,16radiotheray alone and 5 resection alone.The 5-year follow-up rate was 87.9%.The 3,5 and 10-year survival rates were 77.3 %(58/75),65.5(38/58)and 45.2%(14/31),respectively.The 5-year survival rates with radiation alone, refection alone, combination were 38.5%,50.0% and 75. 6%, respectively.The 5-year survival rates ofⅠ-Ⅳ stage lesions were 81.3%,70.0%,53.3%and 42.9%,respectively
